For reservations received at least 30 days in advance, Clients have the option of having a 12% discount (not applicable on cleaning costs) by choosing a "non-refundable" rate. In this case Clients pay the full amount at the reservation and they will not have any refund for any reason in case of cancellation.

| - full refund (less collection fees) for cancellations received more than 30 calendar days prior to the check-in |
| - penalty of 100% of the booking amount for cancellations received within 30 calendar days prior to the check-in date, therefore no refund will be given |

| - client who books more than 30 days before the date of arrival, pays 30% at the time of booking and the balance on the 30th day before check-in |

a security deposit of 300 euros is required per booking, this amount is blocked on the credit card used for the booking, 3 days before arrival and is released in the 7 days after the exit, if there were no damages. |
